I ordered the ribs. I did not get the rib sandwich, I just got the ribs. The person who took my order I feel like was trying to warn me because the ribs were the smallest thing I ever saw in my entire life. Literally smaller than an iPhone that’s how big the meat was. Such a terrible value, I will not be going back again. It has inspired me, however, to go home and make my own ribs when I ask before ordering the gentleman told me that the order contained 5 to 6 pieces of ribs. However, it was one chunk of rib. The chunk of rib was less than 5 inches across. It was so tiny. The photo I included was more than half of what was left of the food

The service was amazing, getting the food out in under 8 minutes after we ordered it, my hearty bacon cheeseburger was amazing paired with a side of spicy cheese fries that comes with ranch and a drink to wash it all down. However, the condition of the bathroom was subpar and it was so disgusting that my partner would not use it at the end of their visit. Despite the bathroom predicament, the visit was very pleasant experience, keep it up shake shack!

Every time I've visited Shake Shack, I've been disappointed. The meat is consistently dry and overcooked, lacking juiciness and flavor. Toppings are minimal, often sparse and insufficient to complement the burger. The fries are bitter and unappetizing, with an unpleasant taste that ruins the experience. In contrast, Five Guys offers a much superior burger experience, with juicier meat, abundant toppings, and flavorful fries.

I’m pregnant and specifically ordered my burger well-done. It tasted great at first, but after a few bites I realized the meat was still pink inside and had to stop eating it. I was really disappointed, as cooking requests are especially important for pregnant customers.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a bit of an issue with the burgers we initially received — the meat wasn’t cooked to the level we expected. However, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. They immediately offered us a refund or a remake, and we chose the remake. The second round of burgers came out perfectly — well done and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out was their customer service and willingness to make things right. Thank you for turning it around so smoothly!
